Luka

The day we saved Luka the North Central Animal Shelter was absolutely packed and each kennel was overrun with small dogs. Poor Luka kept getting overlooked, and was at the shelter as a stray for over a month. When we walked through he “chose us”. He seemed so friendly and cool, and was the only dog not barking franticly when we waked by. Luka was a total gem! Well balanced, playful and well behaved. He now lives a wonderful life in New York with his “pack leaders” where he gets to play and travel a lot - he’s loved, and living the life!!
