Phoenix

Found in Phoenix during the 2015 Super Bowl.  Screaming in the poring rain. So skinny and starved, every bone could be felt.  Now Phoenix can be found playing hide and seek in Orange County with his adoptive dad and his 2 dog sisters.  Not only is he no longer starving, but he perhaps is too spoiled in the food department. ;)
