We got a call of a cat who just looked awful in a parking lot behind a school.  We had to buy popeyes chicken and lure him into a carrier.  It took a while but hunger overtook.  This poor guy looked awful was covered in mange and was anemic.  The vet said he would not have lasted 24 more hours.  He was nursed back to heath and adopted by one of the vet techs.
